The Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation is a registered non-profit organization established to advance the philosophy and practices of Archbishop Desmond Tutu through leadership academies in the United States and Africa. The academies focus on developing emerging leaders who act for peace, reconciliation and restorative justice. The Foundation also raises money for the Desmond Tutu Peace Centre in Cape Town, South Africa, where a museum and archives will be housed with the leadership programs.
